3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it.
4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

PromptCrew may remove or disable access to content that we believe infringes intellectual property rights or that is the subject of a valid infringement notice.

Counter-Notifications

If you believe content you submitted was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated copyright agent.
