You agree not to provide Input or other User Content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful, and you will not use our services to violate any third party’s rights (including privacy, publicity, and intellectual property rights).

To operate, secure, and improve the Site and our services, you grant PromptCrew a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content as reasonably necessary to provide the services to you and to enforce these Terms. This license does not grant PromptCrew ownership of your User Content.

PromptCrew is a software platform that can connect to and orchestrate third-party AI services (such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT) on your behalf. Those services are provided by independent third parties under their own terms and policies. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any applicable third-party terms when you choose to use those services through PromptCrew.

Without limiting the foregoing, PromptCrew will not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from (a) mistakes, inaccuracies, "hallucinations," or omissions in any Output; (b) your use of Output in a way that violates law or third-party rights (including alleged copyright or other intellectual property infringement); or (c) the acts or omissions of any third-party AI provider or other service you choose to use through our platform.
